Wednesday mommy Mantra: Great is your faith! Matthew 15:28

Saint Ignatius always encouraged his students to put themselves into any scripture they were reading; so I feel comfortable suggesting that anytime you see a pronoun in a scripture you are reading go ahead and place your name, your pronoun there and see what it does for you!

Great is my faith! – You know your faith is strong
Great is your faith! – God reminding us that we do have faith!

There are going to be some mommies who will be saying Great is your faith! through gritted teeth! There are those days when all you can do is, well seriously, wait until the day is over!

We have four: 27, 21, and twin 16-year-old girls; so we know a thing or two about the gritted teeth of it all.  No matter what stage your child is in; infant, toddler, school age and so on, you will have “those days”!   Those days when deep to the bottom of your soul you know just by getting up it’s going to be a bad day!

AA has a phrase: Fake it till ya make it.    That is what this Mommy Mantra is all about, keep saying it until you believe; because you become what you believe!
